Who We Are

Hudson College is a private, non-denominational, co-educational day school offering a balanced curriculum from Pre-Kindergarten through to University/College entrance. Situated on a 4.5 acre campus in central Toronto, Hudson is dedicated to developing the whole child - academically, socially, and emotionally - in a safe and nurturing environment. Fully accredited and inspected by the Ontario Ministry of Education, we offer a full range of credits leading to the Ontario Secondary School Diploma, which in turn prepares students for entry into universities in Canada, the U.S., the U.K. and other countries around the world.
Hudson College is a relatively new school with an established tradition. This is evident in the College's TOTAL PERSONAL SUPPORT™ system, which focuses on every student's personal needs in education and learning. At Hudson, every student is educated, not as part of a group of students, but as an individual person in a supportive, nurturing environment.

Our Mission Statement

Hudson College provides its students with a set of skills and value positions that will enable each, as individuals, to attain both future personal and academic success for the betterment not only of themselves, but also the wider community.

Our People

Our Teachers
Hudson College is very proud of its excellent and dedicated teaching team. Our teachers are all highly qualified and experienced and share a true passion for teaching. They care deeply about our students and their education and learning needs. With our TOTAL PERSONAL SUPPORT™ system, Hudson teachers are dedicated to providing a personal learning experience for our students. Our teachers also act as Teacher-Advisors, each working closely with small groups of students to look after their personal education and learning needs. All teachers provide free tutoring after class upon student request. They also participate as coaches and instructors in our extensive and exciting co-curricular programs in athletics, drama, music, and the like. "I like to get up early every morning for such teachers," says Arvin, who is one of our Grade 12 students. Apparently, our teachers' care for students, and their passion for teaching sparks students' love for learning.
Our Students
Hudson College is very proud of the diversity of its student body. This diversity helps all Hudson students learn to respect one another and appreciate and value their differences and their similarities.
All of our students embody the spirit of the College. They are very active in school life and participate in all kinds of extra-curricular activities and projects, as well as providing volunteer help to other students. This spirit of activism and participation results in our students having a strong sense of pride in being a part of the student body at Hudson. Our students love attending Hudson and feel a real sense of ownership in the school.
