To thrive, every school needs active participation – from staff, students and parents. At Hudson, we believe parental involvement makes an essential contribution to the School. Over the course of each year, we offer many rewarding opportunities in which parents may be willing to contribute their time, talent, energy, imagination and personal resources.
Hudson especially welcomes parent volunteers. Parents form a true partnership between home and school. We depend on our parents for honest and consistent participation and feedback.
During each school year, volunteers will have many opportunities to visit, meet with staff, and see Hudson students in their daily activities. Parents often help by joining class trips and activities both inside and outside of the classroom. Hudson Administration and Staff are very grateful to all parent volunteers who help run our numerous programs and events during the year.
Members of the Parent Council meet regularly over the course of the school year to provide advice, support, and assistance in the ongoing development of Hudson and its various programs.
